Flights & bites are priced between $18-26 each week for three 3oz. wine pours and three tapas-style bites. Available in the Lounge nightly and in the Restaurant during lunch & dinner at Michael’s On East!
NAME: Garnatxa Blanca “Nomes” Castillo Perelada Emporda
REGION/VINTAGE: Spain 2017
DESCRIPTION: A full-bodied white wine that originated in Northern Spain. Intense flavors, higher alcohol content and plush style. Also called Grenache everywhere else.

NAME: Picpoul de Pinet, Moulin de Gassac
REGION/VINTAGE: Languedoc, France 2017
DESCRIPTION: Picpoul means “lip stinger”. A light, dry wine with high acidity. Grown in a terroir that benefits from the maritime influences of the Mediterranean.
BITE PAIRING: Salmon Tartar, Tobico Caviar, Wonton Chip
