Why should I choose the Michael’s Wine Club? 
Michael Klauber has a 40-year track record as a professional wine buyer and wine judge. His international travels continue to introduce him to many of the top estates in the world. Michael’s personal relationships, with many of the wineries, represent our Wine Club packages guarantee of quality. These are not “made-up” labels; we proudly feature exquisite wines from real wine estates.

What types of wines will I receive with my membership?
Your membership includes the delivery of 3 bottles of hand-selected wines each month. Varietals will vary with the selected region or theme. You can expect to receive at least one white and one red wine as Michael sees fit. 

Are these full-size bottles of wine? 
Yes. Each selection will be shipped at the standard wine bottle size, 750ml.

Can I choose the wines that I’ll receive? 
No. We’ve already done all the “hard work” for you!  All wines are handpicked by Michael’s Wine Cellar Co-Proprietor Michael Klauber.

How long are your memberships? 
Several different membership programs are offered: 3, 6 or 12 months.

If I send a gift membership, do you include a message? 
Yes, we would love to help you spread the joy of Michael’s Wine Club. Simply add a message in the “comments” box when checking out online.

Do members of Michael’s Wine Club have to be 21? 
Yes! Absolutely, members must be 21 years old. A signature will be required for delivery each month to ensure the recipient is 21 years old.

ORDERING & PAYMENT

How do I place an order online?
Simply click the Add to Cart button and your chosen wine(s) will be added to your Shopping Cart (in the top-right corner of the screen). You can continue to shop for other wines and cases and add these to your cart in the same way.

When you have finished shopping, click on the Proceed to Checkout button. New customers can either check out as a Guest or Register. Registered Customers can log in.

How do I register to order online?
Register for an account during the checkout process – simply provide an email address, billing and shipping information, then follow the prompts.

What type of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover.

Can I change my order?
An order may be changed or modified with a different payment method or shipping address if it is not yet being prepared for shipment. Depending upon the timing of your order this can happen within a half an hour of your order submission. Please call our Customer Service Team at 941-955-CORK (2675) and quote your unique order ID.

How much do I pay for delivery?
Your shipping amount depends on the address.

If I’ve ordered before do I already have an account?
If you have ordered from us before but not through our website, you will need to set up an online account. It only takes a few moments and allows you to view the status of your orders, manage your quarterly wine club cases and rate the wines you’ve received.

Can I place an order without creating an account?
Yes you can place an order as a guest.

How do you protect my information?
We use SSL – Secure Socket Layers – software, which is the safest way to send information over the Internet. Additionally, your credit card information is encrypted and only the last four digits are displayed in the order confirmation.

 I lost my password, what do I do?
If you have forgotten your password, or if you receive an error message stating that your password isn’t recognized, just click Forgot Your Password?, enter the email address used to register online and we will send you a new, temporary password.

When will my credit card be charged?
When you place an order, we will authorize your credit card. An authorization does NOT charge your card, but some banks may hold the authorization for the purchase amount on a customer’s card for 7-10 business days. This hold may appear on your statement as a “pending charge.” Your card will be charged when your order is sent to Michael’s Wine Cellar for processing and shipping.

Can I order gift packaging?
At this time, we do not have specific gift packaging. You can add a gift message when you place your order online or with our Wine Cellar Team

How can I cancel my order?
An order may only be canceled before we begin preparing it for shipment. Please call us at 941-955-CORK (2675) as soon as possible so we can help you with your request.

How do I track my order?
When your order has been shipped we will send you an email to allow you to track your package online with our carrier. If you have any concerns over the status of your order, please call the Michael’s Wine Cellar team at 941-955-CORK (2675). We will be more than happy to check the status of your order on your behalf.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

How do you ship your products? 
UPS Ground or FedEx out of Florida

Can you ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses? 
At this time we need an actual address or business address

Can you ship outside the United States? 
Unfortunately, we do not ship outside the United States.

What if I cannot be home during normal business hours to receive my wine shipment?
Someone must to be 21 years old to sign for delivery.

Can my order be delivered on a particular day or time?
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer this service.

How do I track my order?
When your order has been shipped, we will send you an email to allow you to track your case online with our carrier.

Can I ship wine as a gift?
Absolutely, we can also include a message.

Why didn’t all of my bottles arrive with my order?
We aim to pack all orders in the most efficient way possible to ensure that your wines reach you as quickly as possible. On occasion your cases may be packed separately. All cases should arrive within the normal delivery time.

How much do I pay for delivery?
We use FedEx and UPS standard rates, which vary, based on the recipient’s delivery address.
In-store pick-up is also available.

SHIPPING POLICY:

By federal law, you must be at least 21 years old to order and receive wine. When you place an order you will be asked to confirm that you are 21 or older. Federal law also insists that someone at least 21 years old is present to sign for the package. 

*FedEx offers an option to ‘Hold at FedEx Location’ (HAL), a convenient choice for when you can’t be there to accept delivery. To request to have FedEx hold your shipment for pickup at a FedEx location before the first delivery attempt or after you receive a door tag, go to fedex.com and enter the tracking number in the Track box. Select Hold at FedEx Location and choose an eligible location in your area.

MICHAEL’S GUARANTEE & RETURNS

What happens if I receive a broken bottle?
Please call the Michael’s Wine Cellar team within 10 days and we’ll take care of it at no expense to you.

What if I don’t like one of the wines? Do you offer a guarantee? 
We want you to enjoy every bottle you buy from us. If you are not completely satisfied with any wine, for any reason, just let us know and we will replace the wine.
