The class will be lead by Kim Lahiri, Global Head of Training for the Aroma Nosing Academy based in the UK, and features their Whisky and Wine Aroma Nosing Kits. Three wines and three whiskies will be presented.

Step by step we lead you through myriad aromas, help you to recognise the smell, and then to put a name to the smell. The talk will awaken your whole perception to nosing a whisky or your favourite wine, why you prefer certain whiskies/ wines to others, and how we can help you to select the profile of whisky/wine that you will truly enjoy in flavour terms.
